Volito Industri växer genom nytt förvärv i Finland

Volito Industri AB has, acquired 100 % of Peimarin Hydrauliikka Oy, a Finnish MRO company. The acquisition brings an improved market position and a strengthened platform for continued profitable growth. Volito Automation start, acquire, and develop companies within industrial automation.

The group is organized in two business segments, MRO, and OEM. The MRO segment focus on continuous service, maintenance, repair and optimization while the OEM segment offers product- and technology development and construction and assembly of hydraulic solutions and electrification.

Peimarin Hydrauliikka Oy is a full-service company in hydraulics and pneumatics. The company has a strong offering within hydraulic solutions, service, and repair. Through the acquisition of Peimarin Hydrauliikka Oy we will further strengthen our MRO-business.
