Volito Industri acquires Jergo Group
Strengthened Industrial Solutions offering and entry into the Norwegian market
Malmö, April 30, 2025 — Volito Industri is pleased to announce the acquisition of Jergo AB, based in Höganäs, Sweden, and its Norwegian subsidiary Jergo AS, located in Bergen. The acquisition marks a strategic advancement in Volito Industri’s continued development of its Industrial Solutions business vertical, while also establishing a strong platform in Norway – a key market in the group’s Nordic growth strategy.
Founded in 1989, Jergo has built a solid reputation over the decades as a trusted provider of technical solutions, services, and products for the power and process industries. Thanks to its high level of expertise and customer-centric approach, the company has become a leader in its segment. This strong position has also enabled geographic expansion into the Norwegian market.
“This acquisition is a natural step in our ambition to build leading positions across the Nordics. By welcoming Jergo to Volito Industri, we significantly strengthen our Industrial Solutions offering and establish a valuable presence in Norway – an important step in our growth journey,” says Johan Frithiof, CEO at Volito Industri.
A Partnership Built on Shared Values
As Jergo becomes part of Volito Industri, the company gains access to resources and networks that will support further expansion and development – while continuing to operate with the entrepreneurial freedom that is a hallmark of the Volito model.
“Joining Volito Industri means entering a new chapter in our company’s journey,”
says Kjetil Hatlebrekke, Managing Director of Jergo.
“With a stronger owner behind us and the opportunity to collaborate with other group companies, we are now equipped to take the next step in our development. It was also crucial for us to find a partner that shares our values – and we found that in Volito Industri.”
Advancing Industrial Solutions Across the Nordics
As part of Volito Industri’s Industrial Solutions vertical, Jergo will contribute its deep knowledge and broad offering to a business area dedicated to helping industrial customers improve processes, quality, and sustainability. The integration further reinforces Volito Industri’s commitment to long-term investments and decentralised entrepreneurship.
