Volito Industri acquires Aumaint Oy
Strengthened presence in northern Finland and expanded capabilities within electrical automation.

Malmö, October 30, 2025 – Volito Industri are pleased to announce that Aumaint Oy has become part of the Volito Industri Group through a business acquisition. This strategic step significantly strengthens our market position and enhances our ability to deliver electrical and automation services—particularly in Northern Finland, but also across the entire Nordic region.
Through this acquisition, we further strengthen our capacity to serve our customers. The integration of Aumaint’s experts into our team brings extensive know-how in electrical automation, industrial maintenance, and project management. By combining our expertise, we can now offer even more comprehensive automation solutions and respond to our customers’ needs with greater efficiency and flexibility.
Volito Industri aims to expand its rapidly growing electric automation business and to strengthen the Group’s solid expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics. Together, these areas of competence provide our Nordic customers with an exceptionally broad knowledge base and a strong network of professionals.
